感覺房間不乾淨，一入房很大煙味，浴室感覺不潔，浴廉發霉，而且房間隔音很差，凌晨時份，走廊外有人行過聊天很嘈，不太覺得是四星級酒店，員工態度亦一般

酒店附近就是江夏地铁站，去机场也很方便。早餐很一般，吃不好能吃饱，酒店设施略陈旧，浴室下水不通畅，没有剃须刀，擦鞋布，润肤露。可能是广州湿气大的原因褥子很潮湿。

前台服務員態度超差，刷卡當保證金後再付現，結果還是沒有取消信用卡帳單，變相付3倍房費，以後也不會選擇這間酒店。
