The property is close to the sea and you can easily go for a walk along the seafront at night. Poor information at check-in and various requests not attended or had to wait more than one day. Restaurant and room service badly organized

This is not a 4 star hotel; 2 star at best. Room the size of a closet, impossible for two people to even open their suitcases.

Modern and clean. Close to train station, waked downtown to eat and see activities. Great breakfast

Used the hotel as a stopover coming off the ferry in Brindisi. Comfortable hotel, but AC was not working too well. Parking on the hotel grounds could get a bit tight during peak season unless they have an overflow lot somewhere.

Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses
