From check in until check out the experience was wonderful. The ambiance, the staff and the food were all above expectations. My only regret was not staying longer! This hotel is definitely worth spending time visiting as the lake and community were incredible!

A nice hotel with many good components. In order to match the room and other asking price, consider these minor additions to match the experience with the price. 1) Add wash cloths for use in the bathroom. 2) Include 4 ( not just 2) coffee capsules in room 3) Consider wall decorations ( paintings, or some kind of art). There does not appear to be any in the entire hotel Since the asking price is on the upper end of the scale, consider these minor adjustments in order to match the price.

Love this hotel, beautiful large room. Perfect size hotel , very cost. Food was good. Can book boat , jet ski directly from the hotel and its dock. We had a room downstairs that had a fan and it worked well for us in July.

A truly amazing place for relaxation and tranquility. The hotel and staff were awesome and we truly enjoyed our experience here. The massage was fantastic, too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience and I suggest you stay at least 4-5 nights because it’s like no other experience. Thank you Tau House staff

The staff was amazing, more specifically Elian; he was very attentive, friendly, and respectful. The only feedback I have is regarding the road that leads to the hotel, which is a dirt road with big potholes that can damage your car, they should pave it soon since it leads to others hotels as well.

I will highly recommend this property. If you want to relax, disconnect and reset, this is the place to be. The serenity, tranquility and view of this place are indescribable. Pleasant and attentive personnel, food delicious, service to high standards, rooms spacious and clean, activities offered like tour to the city of Guatape and El Peñol. I recommend you to take the motochiva or Tuc-Tuc to the city and walk around also to el Peñol. However, take the boat with them, the adventure is incredible. The full body massage was the best massage I had ever had. They hit all the pressure and knob points, as well as relaxing. Great job!!
