Highly recommend

Excellent service and room. Fernanda and Anival were great at check-in and throughout my stay. The room was clean and bathroom well stocked. The safe was locked when I arrived, but they opened it promptly. Breakfast was great, very healthy. It's in a fun location as well in Zona Viva within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

A beautiful boutique hotel and good value for money. Staff were friendly, the restaurant food was good, the rooms were clean and the "rain showers" were especially nice with great water pressure and nice bath products. A nice treat after a long flight to get there.

La Inmaculada Hotel in Guatemala City, Zone 10, offers a convenient location near La Aurora airport, complemented by an excellent and accommodating staff. From the initial booking email, the hotel demonstrated a welcoming and helpful attitude, ensuring a great stay. The property is beautiful and well-located, within walking distance of Oakland Place, a large, modern shopping complex. It's also approximately two blocks from La Estación, another smaller mall with great dining options like Fridas Restaurant and Graciela, both of which were excellent! The hotel boasts a beautiful courtyard and an amazing rooftop restaurant on the 4th floor with incredible views and an unforgettable breakfast. The room and property were very clean, and the front entrance security was reassuringly secure.

The property is convenient to airport and walking distance to mall. We ended up eating dinner at restaurant which I would not recommend. I heard good things about breakfast, but we left before it started so couldn’t say. They arranged transport to airport for us for 100QZ. Not able to checkin early but they were willing to store bags. Shower had no hot water but decent pressure.

Lovely little spot close to Oakland mall in the nice part of town. A few great restaurants in walking distance. Save a lot of money here compared to the bigger chain hotels nearby. Great resto with excellent food on the rooftop.

Second time staying here at staff was super welcoming and accommodating. Two things I wasn’t a fan of was the noisy AC I had in my room and the fact that the window to rhe bathroom wasn’t completely shut and transparent which made me worry if people can see in and also mosquitoes coming in
