The property is clean, nice, quiet and friendly atmosphere. What I didn’t like was that I booked my stay for two people and they changed me extra for my husband. The price is a little expensive already and for they to charged me $35 more for another person I got there at 2:30, my room wasn’t ready 1 hour and 30 past so I went and ask about my room that’s when they told me I had to pay more? After 2 1/2 hours I got my room

The property around the hotel has a few homeless people. Homeless people did not bother us in any way. The streets have a strong police presence. Breakfast was good. Lots of food to select.

Had problems with the shower head, leaking, it was fixed, but then another problem with the hot water, ONLY hot water no cold water, they said they fixed in 3 occasions to no avail, could not take a shower not even once the way you should "comfortably", would not recommend it to nobody

Our stay at Wyndham Garden Guatemala City was unplanned, but we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our choice. The location is excellent, with a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. An ATM is conveniently located right outside the hotel, making things even easier. We also took a short walk to Oakland Mall, which was very close. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing stay. Overall, it turned out to be a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.
