This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two.

Love the Hotel and the beach

Fue la mejor experience, es la segunda vez que voy y siempre es lo mejor . Reception son las mas Bella’s del mundo . Angy y liliana son un amor bien professional y con una education super ! Me senti como en casa. Los veos pronto. Gracias por todo .

Clean room

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible y el baño siempre tenía mal olor. Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien, lo que hizo la estadía bastante incómoda. En el buffet, la mayoría del personal atendía con mala actitud y parecía molesto, por lo que el servicio dejó mucho que desear. La comida sí estuvo buena, ese fue uno de los pocos aspectos positivos. En la piscina, cuando se acababan las bebidas, no las reponían y al final tuvimos que pagar un upgrade para obtener una habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionara mejor. En general, esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor.

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

The food options could’ve been better. You have to make reservations in advance for the restaurants for dinner but the thing is they might be full before you even arrive at the resort for check in… The liquor is watered down. You can drink all day long & not get drunk. I didn’t like that. My friend & I asked multiple times for champagne during breakfast & they kept telling us ok but it never came. That was weird. Carry cash. We were told one price for transportation to the airport at the resort but it was a whole different story when we got in the car to leave. It honestly put a damper on the trip.
