We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Puerto Valdés! The location was perfect—close enough to walk to all of the major landmarks and attractions in Viejo San Juan, yet tucked away just enough that it never felt overcrowded or noisy. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. They were always happy to answer questions and offer recommendations, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very well maintained. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the overall comfort of the property. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re in Puerto Rico. The room was clean and spacious!

This is most definitely where you want to stay! Molly does an amazing job with making you feel so comfortable. The unit is absolutely gorgeous! Has beautiful decor, smells amazing and over all feels light and calm. It’s a home away from home. I loved it. Also, the view to the beach I love and the fact that you can hear the ocean. The area is great you can walk around grab food, hear music and enjoy yourself. Thank you for this experience Molly!

The experience was not suitable for people with disabilities. Unfortunately, the lack of clear information and guidance led me to book with a different impression of what to expect. I recommend providing more detailed and specific descriptions of the distances to the amenities and the overall accessibility so future guests can make informed decisions and avoid disappointment.

An excellent getaway to relax and enjoy. Also it has a wonderful pool and breakfast.
