Dining restaurant inside hotel closes at 9pm. Front desk personnel did not knew that. Thought they close at 10pm. We missed dining there because of that after a 2-hour trip to the hotel.

No hot water the first night, was given the run around regarding the shower's handle having a trick.. Next day they moved us to another room, water pressure was non existent but at least there was hot water...

We stayed in this hotel for seven days. I booked it because all reviews stated the hotel was clean. While the lobby was kept in good condition, the room was not clean at all. The sheets had stains and were never changed during these seven days. There were small ROACHES dead and alive in the bathroom and in the furniture. We even found an alive roach crawling inside a drawer. The furniture is very dated! The very Small TV has no more than three channels.. The breakfast was pretty bad too. The only good thing was the AC that work good which is the reason they got a 1 out of 10 from us.
