Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. Aparte de eso no hay absolutamente quejas, la locación fue perfecta. Muchas gracias.

Dont do it , you will regret!

From doing check in everything was a nightmare. Apartment owner was rude and treated me to cancel the reservation even when it was paid and i did provide the receipt for it to him and the person helping me with thdi issue from hotel.com. we found roaches, broken lights, mold in the bathroom, weed smell daily in the halla, next door apartment screaming and laughing until 3am and customer service in the lobby was rude. No visitors are allowed unless you pay extra per visitor even if the meet you at the lobby. If you want to uae the lobby bathroom they will charge you more. Will never recommend and give zero stars to it. Im a weeky traveler, trust me when i say dont stay here you will regret
