I live in Chicago and have been coming to Equador since 2.5 years and this is the 7th time I have stayed in this hotel, first of all the staff is extremely professional, courteous and helpful, friendly and eager to resolve issues if any. I like the breakfast and always get a room upgrade, clean and I just love it. I have choice of going to other hotels, never tried and never will, the only thing which bothers me is the intermittent curfew and random violence which breaks out in the city, none of which is the hotel's fault. I will continue to saty here during my visits.
