Budget hotel. Have stayed many times but this trip opted for the express hotel on the Armida property. Was comfortable and clean. Only negative were the refrigerator trucks that parked outside our room and kept their engines running until 8:30 pm and started up again shortly before 6:00 am

Check in was concerned but then it was taking care, first room was horrible, beds were super hard unable to sleep first night lots of noise. But talk to receptionist and manager in charge and was able to move to a different area and new room beds were great and was able to sleep wonderful with paying a difference price

Everyone who worked there was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable in our stay. We never felt unsafe and other guests were very nice. The one thing that we were most impressed is our tv did not have good reception, so they changed us to another room where tv was great, so they cared about our welfare and stay, Thank You Armida in Guaymas

Extra super noisy, people had a party for 3 night in a row, no respect for others and hotel did nothing to fix problem. I called 5 times to lobby at 4am to complain about music and people screaming no answer. Horrible experience.

La verdad es muy cara para lo que es. El personal no atiende bien y no da información de nada. Había piscina y nunca me lo dijo, nunca comento el restaurante donde también no atienden muy bien pues hay personal que no le interesa. Poca limpieza da mucho que desear sobre todo las camas que se ven muy viejas y feas. Vi insectos en el baño ya no quise decir nada. No pagaría nuevamente por un hospedaje allí por menos mínimo de la mitad de lo que pague. Observé que existen otras habitaciones mejores y me mandaron a la peor. El check out me tuvieron esperando a revisar la habitación porque piden un depósito

El edificio permite que las habitaciones tengan un tamaño justo para descansar, el espacio del tocador es bueno pero el baño en sí es pequeño. El aire acondicionado hizo ruido intermitentemente todas las noches y nadie lo reparo. El foco principal se fundió pero no lo reportamos, teníamos las lámparas de lectura. Solicitamos almohadas extra cada noche y no llevaron ninguna. Éramos cuatro personas y solo dejan dos toallas, al solicitar las toallas extra tardaban y una noche de plano nos dijeron que no había quien las llevara y tuvimos que ir por ellas a la recepción. Se me hizo extraño que piden un depósito en garantía por daños y el control de la TV lo entregan en la recepción como si fuera un motel de dudosa calidad. El servicio por parte de los empleados diría que es bueno, cuando llegamos el inodoro tenía restos de materia fecal en el asiento y lo limpiaron rápidamente.
