I spent a good time , the view was amazing , the room was so clean

The driver that came to pick em up from the hotel did not speak one word of English so pickup was very hectic and crazy. If they’re charging $120 for a pickup, I would expect the driver to speak basic English. After an hour of waiting for the hotel to translate with him, I finally was able to find him. Ridiculous!!! What made it worse, was that after a full day of waiting to chat with management about my issue, no one from management spoke to me until i followed up a couple hours before my departure. Will not be staying here ever again!!!

This hotel is spectacular in every way. It is an oasis in the middle of a busy area. I stayed in Bungalow 20. There ia a beautiful lush path to get to my room. There is a beautiful outdoor reception. Stunning pool, bar area and restaurant and I was told they just opened a new section of guest rooms ( not bungalows). My room is so well thought out. The attention to detail is magical. I only stayed 2 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. I am a business traveller and it feels so lovely to come back to this hotel after a full day of meetings. I had a delightful cocktail last night ( Botaniko) and great breakfast this morning. It is my 4 th trip to Dakar but my first stay at hotel BOMA. I hope to come back. Staff and service are impeccable.

Had an excellent 3 night stay. The staff are very courteous and make you feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and the beach were excellent. There was a large variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Love the location. The check in process was a breeze and all the amenities works perfectly. Very clean rooms, colid bathrooms and shower
