The hotel staff was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make the stay perfect and to accommodate one's wishes. The rooms were clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of the city center the rooms were very quite providing a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of different food choices catering for a diverse clientele. The hotel was very clean and free tea/coffee and biscuits were provided throughout the day. I strongly recommend this hotel, as we were made to feel at home and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on in the year.

Der Zugang zum Hotel und das Verhalten des Personals waren gut, aber die Ausstattung des Zimmers wirkte alt, und Wände sowie Fußboden waren nicht sauber, was dazu führte, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlten.

Im Haus und den Zimmern ist Teppich verlegt, der seit langem großflächig verschmutzt ist. Der Vorhang ist eingerissen. Betten ok. Die Zimmertüre ließ sich von Innen einmal nicht mehr öffnen.

スタッフはフレンドリーで清掃もきちんとなされていましたが、施設が古く、特にドアキーが開けづらく大変でした。またシャワーの温度管理が難しく火傷しそうな湯が出る、以前はあった冷蔵庫が無い、ホテルに関するインフォメーションが部屋に無いなど不便な点が多くありました。

Das Bad war offensichtlich älter als ich (Ü50). Stinkende lärmende Baustelle in der Lobby. Direkt daneben der völlig überfüllte Frühstücksraum. Kein Durchkommen zwischen den Tischen.

Carpete velho.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel. Na primeira vez fiquei surpreso e feliz. Desta vez fiquei decepcionado, quarto estava mal cuidado, muito po, na qual atacou tosse alergica. Hotel esta necessitando uam reforma minima.
