Very disappointed with my stay this time. No hot water due to a power cut at 3am. Still no hot water at 10.30am. Very poor service and disinterested reception staff. Also cooked breakfast (buffet) luke warm and no staff about to ask if it could be heated up. This is very surprising as I have stayed here several times before and it’s always been good.

Good but room for improvement
The hotel room was clean itself but looked on one of the lampshades there was some very unpleasant stains on it to say the least. The beds was very comfy along with the pillows and place felt clean overall. Also maybe a few less scratches on the wall, could maybe do with a lick of paint. Also there was a music event on till 1am and they gave us 1 extra hour on checkout which wasn’t really needed.

The location is great but this hotel has seen better days. The rooms are dark and stuffy with no air movement. We had a spider living in our aircon vent. The walls have scuffs and dings and the shower is way too small. Highly overpriced for the rooms. The lobby for this hotel is all smoke and mirrors as the rooms don’t match it. Accessing the parking (paid for) below the hotel is a nightmare as the access card never works and then you have to buzz the front desk who just sound irritated. Same when trying to get into the lift lobby to access the hotel. We have stayed here multiple times and I think this might have been the last time.
