The room was nice , but the small details weren’t there, stain on carpet, dent in door, cracks in bathroom tiles and marks on pillows. For the price it was ok.

The best part of the hotel is the beautiful grounds that surround it. Its so green and peaceful! My favourite person was Ron, hes the bar/restaurant manager, very lovely man. Couldn't believe there were no fridges in the rooms... very 1980's... no lift, and my room was literally the other side of the hotel, no fun carrying a heavy bag/case up with no offer of help! The first night i jumped out my bed convinced there was a moth on the blind lol! I'm petrified of anything that flies.. and long story short, it was dirt on the blind... will add picture... so overall, i had a good break, but hotel didn't live up to my expectations. Also, the restaurant menu needs to be a bit more versatile and inclusive. Cocktails fantastic though, Lychee Martini... AMAZING!!!

Have stayed here before. Our visit then was wonderful. It was my wife birthday this time. So should have been special. There was however a very drunk women causing a scene. She was abusive to my wife, had to be escorted off the premises and this marred our stay. Sadly on this occasion the pool was murky with bits in it so we decided best to avoid, and the outdoor terrace area was too full to access. The hotel and grounds are lovely with wild peacocks and well manicured gardens. Worth a visit as value for money

The gardens give it a nice touch as you drive up to the property, set in nice surroundings. The shower room/toilet could do with a blind for the window, you felt a bit overexposed to the car park when useing toilet, especially when light was on.
