great for our family vacation!

great stay! the beach was only a 5 minute walk away and the restaurant across the street had amazing food. super close to everything. the pool was clean and well stocked with towels and chairs

Our washing machine leaked water whenever we washed clothes or towels. The dishwasher also leaked and overflowed the one time we ran it. Other than that it was a beautiful place.

I had requested a room on an upper level and on check in was told we had 112, on the ground floor. When questioned about it, the check in person, grabbed the keys away and gave room 302 instead. The room turned out to be on the same level as the swimming pool, so it was okay. She just wasn’t very personable. She offered no instructions as far as amenities available like coffee, pool hours, directions to the beach, etc. The beach was across a street just a short distance away.

Nice spot!

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and the location is great. Bahama Bob’s across the street is an awesome seafood restaurant! Only problem we had was the air conditioner rattled a bit but for the money this place is awesome!!

No one at the counter at check in, waited 15 minutes while another employee just sat in the lobby. I had to ask him to get someone after I called the hotel number and it rang for 5 minutes with no answer. Pool was gross, I didn’t even want to look at it. Most all of the lounge chairs and chairs were broken or bent. Garbage everywhere.

Great experience

The day was wonderful. The room was very accommodated for the occasion. I would recommend this to anyone and we will be back, considering all the rest of the hotels and condos are outrageous and unaffordable unless there’s more than one family going in our case it was only me and my little family and we got to enjoy a beach of you and a good time without having to spend so much money.

Beware of hilarious family memories

I really feel bad to give my honest opinion, but since this is part of the survey? And you asked? I guess I will. (I normally keep my mouth quiet- if you have nothing good to say, then say nothing). A little history- I was a road manager for Nashville bands. I have stayed at some questionable places in my life. This ranks in the top 2. Only to beat this place was a motel with feces everywhere. Unfortunately, this resort had Dirty sheets, pillow cases, slept with my shoes on, killed a roach on me in the night, slept on towels that were also dirty (dried crusty spots)- but cleaner than the sheets. Did not sit on the toilet seat. It had a “y” shaped greasy residue that was calling for antibiotics. As did the headboard of my bed. Did not bring my luggage inside. I’m so sorry to say all of this, but it is the truth. Broken remotes, broken door locks, TV didn’t work. Damp and dreary. I was only there for a few hours until my family condo was ready. I saw lots of happy people? So perhaps this was a one time thing? It was terrible, but it will make for a memorable story for my entire family forever!!! So I guess?? Lol? I’m adventurous- bugs don’t bother me, and we can laugh about it for years to come. It was so bad? All we can do is laugh. I should have slept in my car. Or? A tent. But oh well.
