Hotel was nice at a great location. I did not know about paying for parking. $11 a day for 6 days. our room was to be ocean front. It was not. Side view and limited . My partner was disabled so I needed a handicap room. it was not. will not be back at this Best Western

Great stay!
Had a great time, the outdoor pool was heated which was so nice since it was chilly out. We could walk right out to the beach. For dinner you'll need a car, there's not really any shops or restaurants walkable. My kids were thrilled to see Beach Santa too!

When we arrived we stopped into the lounge area. I had a pina colada and my wife had a cup of coffee. The bill was $19. Last time we went there. They did offer a breakfast but it would cost us $30 so we passed. No included continental breakfast here. We stayed on the 7 th floor which had a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. However there were multiple ceiling leaks and buckets in the hallway. We were traveling with a service dog and cleaning person had such a fear of dogs she handed us a few towels and two servings of coffee through the door and left. The next day a different person showed up and took the old towels and trash from the room. That was better. For being off season and very cold with the hotel almost empty, and leaking all over, I figured the prices and service would have been better. The pizza was good. Worth about $16. But they charged $25

Terrible never again!!!
The best thing was how clean it was…. No light around beds, tv kept glitching out constantly, the room I paid for had a beach view but not in the beach like it said , fridge wasn’t cooling, the beds felt super cheap and stiff and I really couldn’t sleep and my back hurt the next day as a result, also online it said complimentary breakfast but was informed when I arrived it’s 14.50 a person.

Arriving late was a little disappointing due to the staff not being very open and helpful. The next day the morning staff is great. The property is right on the beach which is amazing. Heated pool and hot tub was a huge plus. There is a coffee bar, sweet treats to grab, a pool bar, and a pizza menu. I did not try the pizza. The breakfast is incredible- it is an extra expense but you can’t get breakfast that good for that cost anywhere else. Overall I had a great time. Some things I would suggest - an outdoor shower and better paper products in the rooms.
