My vacation

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly. Great customer service and our room was on point. Great view of the ocean and easy parking. Restaurants and other stores were easy access even the beach. And they had a breakfast buffet it was 14.50 plus tax. It was worth it and our waitress Sydney had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She was a 10/10 sweet lady. I would stay here again in the future. I will be BACK real soon!!

No more free buffet breakfast

We've stayed here 3 times now and still love it. However now they charge for the buffet breakfast and made it more formal which i didn't care for. It's already expensive the free buffet breakfast made it worth the money. Next time I'll probably stay somewhere else.

Nice basic beachfront hotel

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool however not near enough pool chairs. Pizza was good! Overly priced for what it was but nice enough. Absolutely nothing comes with your stay (beach chairs, breakfast, parking, etc all extra and pricey) Directly on a nice beach with beach view from pool, convenient location in orange beach.

We had a great time on a last minute get away. The property is modern, amazing views, and most importantly (to me) clean! The staff was terrific, very professional in a laid back beach way.

Xbox controllers broken

ALL of the staff was amazing, the hotel was super clean. We had an absolute blast and would definitely stay here again if in this area. Only thing was the controllers to the Xbox did not work. My kiddos were super excited to play so we went back up to see about replacing the batteries and it still did not work.!

$500 bucks for one night and not even a complimentary cup of coffee. Straight rip off and will never stay at BW again. Call me petty but have always gotten at least that every other stay.

It was a holiday weekend, and I had three children with me, but I expected more for my money. While the hotel was clean and my room was also tidy, it wasn't adequately stocked. We didn't have enough towels, and the shampoo in the shower was empty upon our arrival. The front desk informed me that I could come down to get more towels, which was not ideal. On the second day, housekeeping came to our room and removed the trash and dirty towels but failed to leave any clean towels or put trash bags in the bins. I had to call the front desk again for assistance. Additionally, meals are no longer included with your stay, but this information is provided during the booking process. The food selections are decent for the price, though I had to remind the omelet chef about my order a couple of times. Please be aware that there is a daily parking fee. In total, I spent about $6,000 for three nights at a three-star hotel, and I'm not sure it was worth it.
