Staff was friendly upon checkin. It was a very nice remodeled room. The bed however was very uncomfortable. Did get good rest in the bed. You could hear the springs squeak as you turn.

We stayed in room 302 which had 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was very quick and easy. Pool area was wonderful and the hot tub was so nice. Breakfast was good and hot. The only real complaint i have is that the stove top in the kitchen was an induction stove which means you have to use special pots to use it. They did provide 2 skillets though to it wasn't too big of a problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

First, credit where it’s due: the front desk staff was wonderful; kind, attentive, and full of great local restaurant tips. Unfortunately, everything else about this stay has been the worst hotel experience we’ve had in years. Our “renovated” room looked okay at first. It had hard flooring, two refrigerators, and a microwave, but it was downhill from there. We found used towels in the bathroom, muddy footprints all over the bathroom floor, potato chips crushed on the table, and cereal in the bed. Housekeeping clearly skipped our room. The atmosphere is less “family-friendly hotel” and more “college dorm meets Cheech & Chong.” Marijuana smoke was everywhere—guests and even staff lit up outside, so every trip out of our room was a contact high. Noise levels were unbearable. Traffic noise is expected on a main road, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors word-for-word, and when I knocked on the wall to signal it, they cussed at us, slammed doors, and played music until 3 a.m. nightly. Sleep was impossible. To make matters worse, the front desk number was disconnected, so there was no way to call for help. We spent our hard-earned money and vacation time hoping for rest. Instead, we got sticky floors, sleepless nights, and nonstop chaos. Unless you want the full “frat house on a highway” experience, do yourself a favor—stay anywhere else.

No air

The air unit in room 105 does not work. It blows air but doesn’t cool the room. Had to make a Walmart run at 9pm and get two big fans to help us survive the heat. Was going to leave the fans behind for the next guest but my daughter convinced me to pack them up. The room was nice, the staff was great, but they thought it would take time to cool and well… it didn’t. But we survived. We were gone for most of the day so we only had the evenings that were slightly uncomfortable. Thank goodness the temperatures outside were in the 70s which made it bearable to sleep there.
