Food at breakfast had no taste. We stayed 5 days and our room was never serviced; even thought it was stated it would be serviced every other day. When I inquired at the front desk in day 4 I was given clean towels and told someone would be up to empty trash but that never happened. As we checked out and told front desk about it all we got was “I am sorry.”

The room was larger than expected. The only complaints that I have is that the A/C didn't seem to blow out enough air to efficiently to cool the room and the bed was very uncomfortable. I could literally feel the springs in the mattress on my back.

You can tell that whatever they didn't serve for breakfast one day was what they put out the next day. A lot of the staff was unfriendly and rude. I spoke to a cleaning lady and she deliberately ignored me. The best thing about this hotel was it's location.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. There was one staff member at the front desk who was rude (he just acted like he did not want to help anyone). The area was nice and the rooms were comfortable.
