The hotel was amazing with the beach just a small walk away from the guest service area. The pool was well maintained. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is my daughter didn't like all of the breakfast offered but the rest of us thought it was fine.

I live in Mobile and wanted to take our family to the beach for the day. This property supplied us with our desires for a balcony view of the beach, included breakfast in the morning, and many amenities. The price was very fair, and we enjoyed our stay, but it was not long enough. I would look to use this property in the future.

I really loved everything about the hotel which is why we came back. The breakfast was top notch, hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and the location to all the shopping and dining options was great. We will definitely be back when we visit Orange Beach again.

Had a great time. The property was clean and well appointed. There was a problem with card access from the parking structure but that was being worked on. Staff was friendly and helped with any question or recommendations for restaurants or shopping. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our room!

Upon arrival to our room, we noticed one bed was slightly disheveled. Walking to the side a blood stain was noticed on pillow and hair on counter. Immediately called front desk to be told, they could not move us as hotel was full and asked if we wanted new pillow...seriously. Housekeeping came , changed out the blood stained pillow and put fresh sheets and pillow coverings on. I personally recleabed entire room as counters and tub were also dirty. The window had mold growing, elevators were never swept during 4 day stay. Breakfast staff was helpful, food was very good.

The front desk staff is excellent!! We were there 4 months ago looking for a house in the area. We came back to spend a few nights on the beach and as soon as I walked in the gal that helped us last time remember me right away!! We plan on staying a few nights every month to get our beach fix in!
