We were supposed to be on a list to have our room changed to upper balcony. Upon arrival we were told that this was impossible to accomplishing where-in we were given a ground floor balcony sea side where you could not see the beach but just the dunes directly outside with construction tape markings and trash for our 'ocean view.' We were given the impression by staff for 6 months previous to arrival that we would be able to move up to the 4th floor for scenic view. Only to have those pre meditated hopes dashed by staff telling us that any move was impossible 'enjoy your stay' we were dissatisfied to say the least.

One of the best hotel to stay in the gulf shore. The food is incredible on any of the 3 restaurants. Staff are very welcoming, speaking few languages as there staff are from all over the world. Colombia, Russia, Mexico, Venezuela. Very welcome hotel for families with kids. Lots of outdoor activities, views everywhere and a very beautiful lobby with a coffee shop very convenient for early people. The gym is small but had everything you need and the most important a very good location and the beach is basically a private spot as is the last hotel of the gulf shores. This is our 3rd time. Don’t think about it just enjoy happiness in a beautiful hotel.
