The boss (didn’t get his name) was so kind! He didn’t speak a lot of English but helped us more than he could have imagined when we lost our keys down the crack between the elevator. The maintenance guy did speak English and the boss man was more help than he was. He was a blessing! Everyone was friendly & very thoughtful! Will def stay again if I ever need too! (We stayed during July 4th weekend)

The bathroom ceiling had mildew for this to be a Holiday Inn and the price this was unacceptable and because I used a third party I was unable to change reservation or get my money back.
