Hotel was clean. Room clean when we arrived but housekeepers didn’t clean up or vacuum our room very well. Breakfast was very good . Well prepared.

Overrated

This property needs updated and refreshed. The carpets are stained, the bathroom floors were not clean, the shower had mold in it and the shelves were falling off. Our AC went out on night 2. We reported it very early the next morning and it wasn’t repaired all day. The only bright spot in our stay was Jim at the front desk. He was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was passable with the exact same selections every day. There was no fruit.

The property needs to. be updated from the worn walls, worn elevator, the spout in the bathetub was shaky, and everytime I took a shower, puddles of watet would run in tbe hallway. Also if u are elderly, please bring a stepladder because the beds are extremely how and is s hazard for elderly people. My friend fell out the bed and hurt her knee snd shoulder. When reported to the hotel, they were not concerned. Told me the lie that management would get back with me concerning the issue and have not yet contacted me and it has been a week.

Everything about our experience was perfect! Check in was a breeze with just my ID to match the reservation. Jim at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He explained all of the amenities from the buffet style breakfast, ice machines available for use, how to access the pool, and all the things. We accessed our room easily and never had a wait for an elevator. Once in the room we were quite pleased that the accommodations actually matched the listing. The room was spotless, the layout spacious and plenty of storage for our gear, the AC was already set and the room was nice and cool, and they even provide complimentary toiletries down to the lotion and body wash (Dove brand at that!). We enjoyed the pool with the kids in the evening and it was just as spotless as the rest of the facility. The area was quiet, and for being a block off the main road felt surprisongly private. Bedtime was great as the whole hotel was quiet and peaceful. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home which has now lead to use searching for a new mattress because we want to sleep with that comfort every night! Breakfast the next morning was amazing. Hot foods, great variety, someone keeping an eye on it and constantly refilling. We had every option we could have asked for. Everyone left full and ready to start our day. Leaving was just as easy. They have luggage carts to help load your things back and forth, and even around check out we never really waited for an elevator. Amazing time!

This property LOOKS NICE UPON ARRIVAL ! The pit of the stay unfortunately was a mold/mildew smell in room upon arrival and then learned it was the carpet was soaked from a restroom or plumbing issue that must of been over looked by some prior and I did report it and I was offered to stay in another room so the current room could be out of order but, it was already to mate and I was about to check out! And I did report it to Expedia via chat and I was told to contact someone if I bought travel insurance but, the LOCATION WAS AWESOME! Breakfast VARIETY OF OPTIONS 6:30-9:30am 5 MIN FROM BEACHES
