There was no toaster or microwave. My service animal was denied and I was forced to pay a pet fee. A trained and registered service animal is not a pet. I was also told that my diagnoses was not considered a disability by a member of the staff. I was absolutely offended and insulted.

This was a very nice hotel. It looks brand new (it might actually be new). It's has nice, classy ocean-themed decor. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. We only swam in outdoor pool and it was really nice with plentiful seating. Management was very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to in this area. The staff was excellent and the building overall is great. I had two different meals here and the food was great too. This place is a home run. Front desk agent Julie was super helpful. I’m going to stay here in the future. Keep up the good work

Great Stay
Our stay was wonderful. We booked this location at the last minute; because our trip to Florida was canceled due to the weather. We lucked up with this one. It is a hidden gem. It was very clean with access to grab a meal on-site. The pool area was relaxing.

We travelled to Alabama for the first time, and it didn’t fail us. The team of Hotel Indigo is top- notch! Shout out to Robert, Leslie, Cynthia, Isabelle and Liz! We originally were planning to stay across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn and suites- we realized very quickly that wasn’t going to happen because that hotel was disgusting. We quickly called Hotel Indigo, and EVEN with computer issues from the Microsoft disruption they got us into a beautiful, clean room with a very affordable price.
