Everything would’ve been OK but as soon as we came in the door, the slide door to the balcony was unlocked. It was unsafe couldn’t go nowhere that first night because it will not lock. I tried to reach out to maintenance. They didn’t come to the next morning, really that evening or midday and it’s just was overall bad situation. It was bugs in the bathroom as well.

Detailed Review - Pros and Cons

The property exterior is pretty well kept. But you can tell the buildings age in the stairwells. The condos themselves are old and in need of uodates. The pull out couch is horrendous. Not usable. Falling apart with springs that poke into your back. The linen for it was also in desperate need of replacement. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Linen was good. I liked the washer and dryer. The outdoor grill was well kept. However there were no utensils for it in the condo. The sink in the condo needed repair also. The side angled view of the beach was nice. The pool was also enjoyable.

Great stay as we had been there before. Internet was spotty and had issues getting into the link to pay for parking. They have upgraded the walkways to the beach and was nice. Condo is comfortable and could use some updates but you’re there for the beach. It is nice to have a washer and dryer in the units.

4th of July Vacation

Me and my husband and two kids decided to come to the beach last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It was an awesome experience from check in to check out. The room was very clean and taken care of and had all the essentials that we needed for our family. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Excellent communication through texts as well, which I personally loved. The pool was awesome and the beaches were beautiful as always. I love that every room has a beach view as well! We will definitely be visiting Palm Beach Resort next summer!

. We had a GREAT STAY and ghe resort was above and beyond what we expected. We will be back the next time we are in town. Great location with convenient and easy access to to the beach. Both pools were also very clean and we LOVED our stay at the Palm Besch Resorts!

Great stay, slight problem

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I had an issue, however. I decided to extend my stay by two days, and I guess there was some confusion with my door code. Someone tried to enter my room around noonish (which is well before the 4pm check in time). I’m glad I had the door clip on the door because I would have been face to face with a complete stranger. I recommend that going forward, door codes should be changed after each guest has vacated the property so that this doesn’t occur again, and employees should be made aware of any adjustments to guest stays during their shift changes.
