Yes the room was very clean and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The ONLY ONE negative was the person at the counter at the pizza/ice cream shop. She literally would not provide a 25 cent refill of my coke I had just purchased at the pool bar and said I had to go back out in the MONSOON FLASH FLOOD to get it refilled since I bought it there. Really? For 25 cents worth of coke so of course I was literally DRENCHED. Coaching opportunity would be warranted for her.

We ended up extending our vacation another day and ended up booking this gem as we were checking out of a different property. The staff allowed us an early checkin. We were wondering why we didn't book here in the first place. Amazong experience.

We had cockroaches in our room for the first couple of nights until my husband killed them. Secondly, the alarm clock in the adjacent room was going off before 6am and didn't stop for 30 minutes or so. Housekeeping should make sure the alarms are off upon cleaning rooms. Also, cleaning the cockroaches out would help, too. Friendly staff, fun bar tenders, and beautiful view of the beach.

Love the omelets Ms. Glinda makes and the rooms are nice and clean. However, Their were some loud guest on both sides of our room. Playing loud music and yelling. Also, at 6 am it sounded like someone was beating on something metal repeatedly.
