Great location right on the beach, convenient to many restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. It worked well for an overnight stay for me and my husband with our 3 kids ages 9-17, but if we were staying for a whole week we would prefer to stay in a bigger unit. Decor could use some general updating/cleaning (mainly couch and fridge), but overall it was fine for a short stay. Can't beat the beach view balcony and easy access to the beach for the price we paid.

Only went for 1 night but enjoyed our stay. The condo definitely needed some cleaning because o of spiders in the corners and hair under the bed. But still not a bad deal during non peak season

This place was amazing!!! Everything we needed was in the room. Close proximity to everything. Only thing is our rooms oven was weird and we burnt some cinnamon rolls and the smoke alarms went off and scared everyone . Its was a good laugh! I will definitely stay jere again!

Disgusting

The beds were comfortable, but overrall, the cleanliness was disgusting. The bathtub bottom was completely black because the floors was so dirty. If you didn’t wear shoes or socks, you had black feet. I did find some of the linens to be dirty as well. Also, the ad stated FREE parking. It did not state for ONE vehicle. As we had two in our party. The First Lady was completely rude and off her rocker. Would not let me purchase another parking pass. The parking lot DID NOT fill up as she stated it was going to. The guy the next few nights was super kind and sweet. And was a little more helpful. But overall. I did more cleaning in that condo than the actual cleaners. We will not be back.

We will be back, but not at spring break

This property was great! The beach was fabulous and the room was spacious. Anthony, the hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony and living room was so lovely. The communication was fast and complete. I would have given 5 stars except that we didn't know speing break was just starting and there was loud vibrating bass music coming from The Hangout restaurant until at least midnight that made it difficult to fall asleep. I'm sure it's not usually the case but I guess I should have been more aware of spring break dates along the coast.

Very Clean Good location

Very clean with access to the beach and the local spots. Bunk beds are on the smaller side. Ok for smaller kids but would be a tight fit for teens. I would definitely stay again.

We “booked” a room with bunk beds, but we’re not assigned that room at check in. We asked at the office and all of the rooms with bunks were occupied. Not ideal but we made it work. More of a hotels.com issue than a hotel issue.
