Very nice tiny house with a beautiful pool, small park and splash pad. Felt very welcome, house was clean and close to many attractions and beach. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Loved this area. We tried something different and this tiny home was just it. Enjoyed nice clean well stocked home in a clean, quiet RV park. Loved the pool and close to both gulf shores and orange beach. Definitely will be coming back

Awesome Vacation Spot!

Sugar sands is an awesome place to stay. The hospitality of the front desk staff is superb. The tiny house was in amazing condition and so comfortable. The staff around the property were very friendly. The proximity to the beach was great and it was a short drive to either the Wharf, the beach, or Foley.

Our first time in a tiny home and didnt know what to expect. It was perfect! Clean and very comfortable, staff were helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again, enjoyed that it was off the beaten path yet convenient.

Such a cute idea and place. It was nice and a change up from your normal hotel stays… it’s quiet, everyone is super friendly. Convenient to soccer complex, shopping, and the Wharf.. We will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future

Likes the space and enjoyed that the tiny house I rented was a great space for 1 traveler. Everyone was friendly and the house was clean. 2 areas of growth: 1) bath towels were super small 2) A/C in the bedroom was super load!!

We stayed here for the first time last week! We stayed In the seabreeze tiny home :) this place was super clean and we had so much fun. Staff is very friendly and the rv park is quiet at night. Definitely plan on staying here again :)

There was a potable air-conditioning unit that was very loud. The wall unit didn't work. In order to get in the bed you had to use a small stool. Not safe. There was an ant problem. The grounds were nice and park was quiet. Pool was in good shape. Tiny home was very disappointing

I loved the tiny homes. Only thing i didn’t like was how hot they stayed, but no one’s fault. The unit was messed up and they were waiting for parts. Overall a great stay. We all enjoyed the pool area as well.

Seashore 1

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny home, Seashore 1. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. Although it’s a 10/15 minute drive to the beach, the location is great and close to many attractions but far enough away you don’t hit much of the traffic. I would definitely stay here again!
