Nice stay

Hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is wonderful. Walking distance to Tropic Falls and not too far from Gulf Shores. You can even drive to Pensacola for a one day trip. The worst part was the customer service at the front desk. People there was not very friendly, no eye contact with customers, not even a "good morning". The breakfast area ladies were all very nice, and the breakfast was nice as well. If you're planning going to OWA, this hotel is the best option.

Construction Going On

We have stayed here before, but they had major construction going on. We were on the first floor and sounded like they were going to come through the floor. I would usually recommend, but waking up to drilling and hammering was not enjoyable.

The property is in OWA Parks and Resorts which gives you walking access to all activities and events happening there. Our room came with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, stovetop, dishes, pots, pans, and a dishwasher. Plus, the property is conveniently located near Lambert's Cafe and Tanger Outlets for shopping. Highly recommended.

One of the plates in the cabinet had food and hair on it. Renovations were being completed so I was woken up with banging that lasted for hours. Bed was not comfy, wish I would have known about the renovations. The banging for hours at a time was horrible, I ended washing all the plates and glasses.
