We booked this hotel and later called to verify our reservation. The hotel staff stated that they didn’t have our reservation information and didn’t have any open rooms. We tried to explain to them that the money had already been taken out of our account and have refused to provide a refund even though their staff told us they didn’t have our reservation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, don’t expect to sleep in and then enjoy the free breakfast. They stop serving at 9 am which to me is crazy considering people don’t want to rush in the mornings if they’re staying at a hotel on vacation. Otherwise, it’s convenient to the Owa Park if traveling with kids. And they’re long overdue for some new luggage carts!

We really liked and would like to come back another time when we could stay longer and enjoy water park etc. Loved the kitchenette area, very clean. Only negative, during all of our showers the water turned cold halfway through.

A lot of bang for your buck.

This place is great. It’s close to everything. Right next to OWA park. 5 minutes from a bunch of different food option and stores. 13 minutes away from the beach and within an he from different museums and other big cities. We had an absolute blast we did the park, the beach, battleship museum in mobile, gulf coast zoo, and many other family excursions. Great place to have a good time and an awesome hotel to come back to after a long day of adventures.

Got back to my room. And saw all different sizes of roaches. There was about 20! On the floor behind the refrigerator in the closet in the bathroom one on the bed. Because like I was in a horror film. The staff said I could move rooms and offered to move hotels and then was told we cannot move hotels we canceled. I was given a refund. Room. 329.
