Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff and no issues at all with the property. It is a little out of the city centre but there’s a tram and bus stop a few minutes walk away. Also a 24hr petrol station for things like water, drinks etc a minute away which was handy

Decent place. Hard to get in/out of shower and I'm not unfit... Small bed right next to the wall so I kept hitting the wall. Needs a fan.

Lovely boutique style hotel in beautiful rural surroundings. Staff attentive, polite and happy. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed for a good rest. Only slight negative was the restaurant on site was not available due to minimal staff on shift (Monday). Plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive but sometimes after a long day of travel etc using the hotel’s amenities is preferred choice. I will definitely stay again but book a table well in advance to ensure I have a fuller experience.

This is the first time I’ve left a 1 star review on Expedia, the whole hotel did not have any staff on call when we arrived, the machine didn’t even ask for ID. The room we were allocated smelt like sewage and the room was so decadent we were afraid there could be a bed bug infestation. Worse yet, we had to get another hotel for the night, which luckily we did, had Expedia call them the next day and they were told, sorry there is no staff which can sort this issue until Monday (evidence of no staff being on call), then when Expedia called them again on Monday, they said they only receive issues via email and takes up to 48 hours to be reviewed by them. I can’t believe the experience
