Such a cute and we thought-out property. The room was spacious and had all to modern elements, with a super comfy king sized bed. As soon as I walked in the door I could tell it was CLEANED well (Thanks Catherine ;) ) Will absolutely be back to stay again!!

Unfortunately internet down 3 nights there & cell had limited service w/o internet connection. Motel next to main hwy and noisy during day & evening but tolerable for me as room was much farther away from others nearer to highway!

Good place to stay, would have given it 10/10 but there was some traffic noise from the Bruce Hwy.at the front of the building. It did quieten down during the night. Great to have a small kitchenette for breakfast. Thank you, we would stay again.

My partner and I had a great stay here! Facilities were great. Bathroom nice and clean, shower warm with good water pressure. Bed very comfortable! Reserve system air conditioner kept us lovely and toasty. You can hear the highway traffic but honestly wasn’t that bad. Didn’t disturb us at all.

Bogan City…with a twist.
Gympie has always been Bogan City and it was interesting that after 20 years since my last stay, nothing has changed except for the creation of another bogan generation. Gympie is over represented in utes and pickups. The bigger the pickup, clearly in my mind is the diminished size of that persons manhood. The utes and pickups are belching, noisy, are constantly laying down rubber and it appears they must display multiple aerial's and beer decals along the sides. It also appears nobody walks anywhere in Gympie as I was the only person who walked the 45 minutes return walk to the local Aldi without encountering anyone else. The motel room is quirky, there’s a lift to take you to the first floor and the twist? One of the drivers of the before-mentioned utes with multiple aerials, multiple headlights and beer decals unexpectedly gave way to me waiting at an intersection and courteously waved me on…
