Checking in was disappointing and the staff were unhelpful and seemed to be chatting and laughing with friends . The rest of the staff that we met were friendly, helpful and warm. The rooms were lovely and breakfast excellent. However we thought the hotel had a bistro which it didn't and the bar never seemed to be open. A snack bar would be a good addition

Great for the Grand Prix
Stayed here for the Grand Prix. Easy to get to and from the airport and also the race circuit. Lovely and clean, friendly staff, comfy beds and great location Wasn’t aware of the refundable deposit when checking in, but as long as I get it back, there’s no problem

Lovely hotel. When we arrived we found our TV didn’t work. A room swap wasn’t immediately available, but we were given a free breakfast in compensation and the next day we were able to move to a superior room. All done with absolutely no fuss. Everything here was very good, and it’s only a short walk to town.
