I had a wonderful short stay and wish it could have been longer. I’d like to highlight the amazing staff who made my visit even better. Thank you to Shawn for helping me request my meal last night and providing options. To Lois, who ensured my reservations were corrected, and to another wonderful lady—can’t recall her exact name though it starts with an “S”, but she had wavy hair and was very informative about getting my USPS boxes. Lastly, to Kia. She’s wonderful and patient with me, especially with all the requests I had. She was quick and very efficient. The hospitality of your staff made my stay smooth despite being tired. As for the facility, it’s beautiful—and the room is comfortable and neat. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza. From luggage assistance to anything, everyone did wonderfully. I also very much appreciate ensuring my usps boxes get picked. Please contact for any issues. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful. The room was very spacious. More than one person really needed. I only tried the breakfast on the last day as I was very busy during my stay, but it was great. Being a resident of Guam for 12 years, I love the local food, which the buffet featured several items that I have often enjoyed. I intend to move back to the island after my international work is complete. But, until that happens, I will make the Hoshino my go to for visiting. I am a main stay at Wild Bill's, a friendly sports bar just down the street, so the Hoshino is a perfect place for me to stay when only visiting.

Great staff!

Bathroom sliding door had lots of stain and some of outlet was not working.

Very professional & clean all around

Great overview! Spacious cafe area! My only concern was that I could hear the wind howling even though the sliding door was closed. Other than that, I enjoyed my night there.
