Lovely beach cottage.
Excellent stay right on the beach. We had a 3 bedroom cabin so really enough space for 3 adults. We made the mistake of only booking 1 night. Front desk assisted booking a boat trip. Would have loved to do the spa tub but didn’t have enough time.

The ocean view villa we had was amazing. The location right next to the beach was perfect. The villa itself was cozy with comfortable amenities. We loved our stay!

Hahei Beach resort is a beautiful place. Only mistake i did was, i didnt book a ocean view room. The view would have been spectacular. The best thing about this resort is that it accommodates cooking, which is fun if going with friends and you feel like doing some bbq. Also, if you going to Hahei, do all your shopping in Auckland. Otherwise, there are shops around which can be quiet expensive.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet. I could work. Watched the All Blacks play Australia. Wifi was a bit sketchy otherwise no complaints about this Gem on the beach.

Good location right next to beach. Got the cabin as it was one of the few left. It was relatively spacious and the kitchenette was nice. Good coffee in the french press. It was quite noisy around us and another customer parked right on our lawn. However the front desk gave good tips on the Hahei Explorer and even let us check out 1.5 late due to the time of our excursion. Honestly though the town is not great and I would suggest staying in Whitianga instead. Alot more to offer.

The location and value for this property were both first rate. We were located right next to the ocean and beach, and able to step out of our room and to see beautiful sunrise. We were in a great location to grab a boat ride to cathedral cove, and only a 10 minute drive to hot water beach. Our only regret is that we were here longer! Room was large and clean and well equipped. Everything we needed for our stay. It’s a campground/resort combo - with so many different types of accommodations. It was super laid back - which I loved. Would definitely stay again.
