Kluane Park Inn

Kluane Park Inn web site says restuarant closes at 10 pm. When checking in at 7:45pm asked about restuarant and was told that restuarant was closing at 9pm. Unloaded car and showed up at restuarant at 8pm expecting to eat. I was then told that the restuarant was closed. The next morning the restuarant was not open yet when we left at 8am. No food this morning. Baseboard heat in room did not work, but a 12"x12" electric heater was in the room so we used that (label on microwave said not to use the microwave while the electric heater was on). The bed my wife slep on had a patched sheet. The hotel itself is in various states of disrepair.

Was given a key to 204, when we got there someone was already occupying the room. Went back down to the front desk and sent to room 106. There was no inside lock on door, so who was stopping anyone from getting my door key? I kept our luggage on the "day bed". It did not look safe for sitting or using as a bed. The window was filthy with dead bugs covering the screen. It was warm outside and hot in the room. No fan or ventilation. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
