Across from Hakodate Station and good location walking distance to Red Brick Warehouses, around the corner from Hakodate Morning Market. Only stayed 2 nights but it is a nice big hotel with clean rooms. Elevators can be slow as there are only 2.

The hotel is opposite the JR Hakodate station which is less than 5 mins away. There is also a Tram station towards the right of the hotel's entrance. Extremely convenient location. However the hotel building is a little dated but the rooms are decent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, which is located across the street of JR station. Our room had a broken AC unit, and the staff moved us to another room shortly after. I appreciated that. I also really the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located very near to the hakodate train station and also the tram. We took a bus from Hakodate airport to Hakodate train station and walk to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the provided luggage delivery service too. The room are very spacious for two pax and we got a room at a higher floor so the view is very nice. The room is very clean and neat. The hotel is very near to the morning market too. The food for the breakfast buffet is almost the same every day, so perhaps can try out the food at the morning market.

Food! This property had the best breakfast - as good if not better than the surrounding restaurants, and if you are foodie, this town is your oyster! Everything is walkable, or hop onto the street car, and the scenic routes are perfectly there for you. Just don't try going shopping. Kinda deserted after leaving Hakodate, so the train schedules are a bit rare for those stations. Hotel had great staff, and very efficient. The bathroom is so-so. Strong odor came from the shower curtains so we asked to get them replaced the first night and the smell was mostly gone. Small bathroom which reminds me of RV bathrooms. Other than the bathroom, no other complaints.

Wonderful hotel conveniently located steps away from the train station. Very kind and professional staff. Embodies Japanese omotenashi/おもてなし. If I had one recommendation, it would be to change the surface of the bathtubs so that they are not so slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It’s quite dangerous.

The location is excellent. The morning fish market is just next to the hotel. The JR station is across the street. Several bus stations are within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast has many choices with good qualities.

Great location, comfortable stay.
Location was great as it was near the train station and stone’s throw away from the morning market. We took the room with lounge access and it was convenient to come back to the hotel in the afternoon/night for some coffee, snacks or drinks.

Very central location to the seafood market and train station. Facilities are good except parking is limited within the hotel but there are available public spaces nearby. No onsen on site though … need to go to a public bath which is about 15 drive away.
