The front desk told me the wrong check out time which supposed to be 11am check out 3pm check in. It result in I had to paid extra for the late check out on the room and car park. Did not provide extra bedsheets for the sofa bed which we booked and check in as 3 person.

This hotel is very close to train station and morning market. So it was very convenient for that. However they don’t have space for car to pull over to road off your luggage, we had to park the car in parking next to the hotel. That was little draw back.

Great value stay in Hakodate

The hotel is in an excellent location, being opposite JR Hakodate station and the famous seafood markets. Even though we were staying in winter, the hotel was nice and cozy and the staff were excellent. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay

The hotel is near Hakodate train and bus station(You can take bus to HKD). There's morning market in next block of this hotel for seafood. Hakodate does not have underground so taking bus or tram may be easier to get to the attractions. Just be aware of the time. The breakfast is good and good to have in winter time (you don't want to go out in cold winter morning).
