We stayed here overnight on a last-minute basis having missed our train at the adjacent Shinkansen station. The hotel room was fine, nothing fancy. We did not have time to try the onsen. The hotel restaurant was closed for dinner, but there was a local tavern nearby which had pretty good food. We did not have the hotel breakfast.

Nothing beats being right next to the Shinkansen station—it made my entire stay super smooth. I could sleep in, book trains easily, and never had to deal with lines at other JR offices or stations. The reception area is spacious and welcoming, with vending machines, water, and amenities. The room had a nice, clear view and, best of all, it was incredibly quiet—I didn’t hear a single train the whole time. Perfect for a restful and hassle-free stopover.

Great location, right next to the train station with shops nearby. Nice but small onsen and friendly staff. Only complaint was that certain areas did smell like cigarette smoke. Otherwise excellent stay.

Great hotel, convenient for travellers stopping at shin hokuto hakodate station for the night. Nice bath and local plaza, but remote area with shops and other services closing fairly early.

Hotel is right next to JR station, convenient. Hotel staff is polite and efficient. Hotel breakfast buffet is a bit pricy but the quality of the food makes up for the price.

Everythings great. Love the public bath. Japanese hotels are amazing just because of this. They only need to have a 24hr convenient shop in the hotel. They do have shops but they close early so do take note.
