Great location, connected to the JR station. Didn’t get the chance to use the public bathing area. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Hakodate. Staff are all very nice and friendly.

Located within Hakodate JR Station, just across the Seafood Morning Market and all other fantastic restaurants. A few steps from the Tram station. Our view from the 8th floor BR gave us full view of the Hakodate Mountain and the Observatory and of course, the famed Morning Market.

Everything was perfect except that I wasn’t allowed to use my JR Hotel membership card. I was given a I friendly face and said NO. But I wonder why?

Very well design room with sitting area. Right next to the train and bus station. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the fish market and the Morning market. Lots of restaurants around.

Hotel has a connection with train station. If you travel from Sapporo with train you dont need to leave the station. You can reach to hotel from private corridor. Also hotel just opposite to fish market and all the restuarants in Hokadate.

Super convenient location next to Hakodate Station. Walkway directly from station to hotel would allow access to hotel during winter without having to walk on sidewalks. Breakfast buffet was very good. Many interesting, self-service stations (rice, tea, miso soup, coffee, etc.) All-you-can-eat sushi/sashimi. Very good quality. Well worth the cost.

Very convenient location right at the train station. Very close to the morning market and the red brick warehouse area. Bus leaves from in front of the station for the observation area at Mount Hakodate. Clean and well layed out room. Very comfortable.
