Great location. Easy walk from train station and no shortage of food and restaurants near hotel. Easy walk to Toyota rental car. Hotel is great and great size rooms.

Overall it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. The onsen bath and in-room washer/dryer are both big pluses. It is fairly close from the Hakodate train station. The only downside is there is a wet market in between the station and the hotel, which could be a hassle if one happens to arrive during market hours with big suitcases.

Great location. It’s about a 3 minute walk from the JR station. The morning market is right outside the lobby. Staff were friendly. Parking is available if you rent a car (1000 yen per day). Onsen and lounge are on the top floors. Rooms are spacious and clean. The luxury twin has its own soaking tub with spring water. Washer/dryer in the unit is a plus. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building so be prepared to wait or be in full cars. They get extremely busy during check in and out times so add some extra time to your scheduling.

Easy to access to major sightseeing sites. Washing machine inside the room is very convenient. Enjoy view from the rooftop bath. Easy clean system is fine but if they can replace dirty cups and utensils, that would be great.

Great location, onsen is lovely especially at night. Room was comfy but only complaint was room temperature was warm and you couldn’t turn the air on down. Made it hard to sleep. Everything else was great.
