Opted for half board option and dinner was excellent - lots of choices available and staff ensured that there was sufficient food despite it being the 8PM sitting. While there is no convenience stores nearby, the property is located right beside the ropeway and pirate ship - good for those who are planning to check out these attractions. Room was clean

Wonderful experience. Staff are friendly and assisted to make reservation for shuttle bus to station. The view is stunning and dinner has great food and all alcohol you can drink.

Highly recommend this hotel! We stayed just for a night in between Gotemba and Tokyo, but wish we stayed another night. Definitely recommend the half board so that dinner and breakfast are included.

Great views of Lake Ashi. Close to fun activities; pirate ship, cable cars, and delish noodle shop. We took hotel shuttle to impressive open air museum and walked to fab sushi restaurant. Love the on-site onsen. Clean and relaxing.
