Room overlooked front lobby that was extremely loud outside with blaring music and people yelling and loitering. Some were fighting. Woke us up numerous times. Charged pet tax when I didn’t have any animals with me.

The staff were very nice on checkin. I requested a microwave for the room amd they said would bring up to room but nobody came up to room. Beware you do have to request 24 hours before for the room to be cleaned and have to request fresh towels, otherwise the room will not be cleaned. The hallway on my floor had a really damp smell. The room was also really dark and dreary . Easy access to public transportation and lots of restaurants amd cafes nearby to grab something to eat .

We had a good stay including excellent service at closing time at the Cannery, but would note it was quite noisy floor 4 in the morning with many doors slamming/ closing loudly. Could they not be fitted with a kind of cushion system to make it more quiet?

The location of this hotel is perfect, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. The building itself is modern and quite beautiful, adding a touch of elegance to the stay. Most of the staff were nice and helpful, which we appreciated during our visit. However, there were some significant issues that impacted our experience. Per the reception desk, the hotel only provides room service upon request. Despite asking for it multiple times, we didn’t receive any room service during our three-day stay. Additionally, there weren’t enough towels or shampoos in the room. We had to call several times and even visit the reception desk to get these basic necessities. The pool area was another disappointment. It was under construction and very dirty, with no towels available for guests. This was frustrating, as it made it difficult to enjoy the amenities. Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential and could be a very pleasant place to stay with better management. A little more attention to guest needs and the condition of the facilities would make a big difference.

The air conditioning was not cold so our room was hot, and the bed has a slant at the head. Terrible flat, heavy dust mite pillows. Complete discomfort. Woke up with sore neck. Do dissatisfied with out stay.

There was no service unless you book services 24 hrs prior to doing so. No room cleaning at all for 3 nights. Had to pay for parking on top of hotel costs. No complimentary breakfast. For high end prices, nothing was offered but a bed to sleep on.
