We stayed for 5 nights. Clean, nice rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff....all staff in all departments. Breakfast was better than we ever could have hoped for. It was an AWESOME breakfast. We are coming back next year for 2 weeks instead of just one. We cant wait to come back.

Great place on Chocolate Lake
Nice hotel within short drive to Halifax harbour. Clean, comfortable, great staff. There is an in house restaurant and bar with a patio overlooking the lake. Enjoyed our stay!

Property was nice, beautiful view of Lake. Staff was professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the smell in the room was to much. Smelt like wet dog. Staff was great about us changing our room the second room did not smell as strong but there was still a strong smell. I think the hotel needs to change its carpets and maybe put in laminate or something does that does not retain a musty smell
