We booked a suite because there were three of us. They only had one face cloth and two towels in the room. We were using the pull out bed and they only had one sheet and one blanket on it and no additional blankets were in the room. They rectified this the next day however, these supplies should have been in the room for us as we did book a suite for a reason. They also only had 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper made available. I feel this was poor planning in their part. There was no water bottles in the room and no cutlery etc, etc though they had a fridge and microwave in the room. These are small things but when added together are much larger and would not have cost them much to provide to us.

Pretty standard expectations for a Best Western. Room was decent but food wrappers under dresser. Plug in sink and tub incredibly slow to drain. We can't be the first people to notice...cleaners would notice. Should have been fixed.

Great location and wonderful hotel
I stayed here for two nights when I was in Dartmouth for a professional training. I didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities due to my schedule but my room was large, comfortable and very clean. Lots of parking. Very close to shopping and food. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, we had a great supper 1 night. Noisy at night with kids running up and down the halls & slamming doors. It was past 11pm at night and Someone had very loud music playing down the hall Overall great hotel with a great location for shopping

The property is well treed so gave a homey feel to it. Staff was most helpful. i wish the accessible rooms were not so far from the check in and the restaurant. But otherwise was a great place to stay when we have to go to Halifax for medical reasons.

Great stay Only thing I’d really comment on is when you book a room and put you have 4 adults, enough towels and toiletries should be in the room. We asked for more and got them no problem but in my opinion they should already be in the room for your anticipated stay
