Booked for one night. There is no on site parking and most on street parking around the hotel is only available until 8am the next morning. Staff were super kind at check in and check out. The room was average in terms of cleanliness. Beds were not overly comfortable, there were no chairs, and the tv requires you to cast from your phone (which would fine but the wifi was pretty much non existent). The reservation was very clear we were travelling with a child, but they still only left two towels in the washroom. The door to the room didn't do much to keep out sound, so you could hear coming and going all night. This inn isn't accessible at all. There are steep stairs to enter the building, and then narrow hallways to navigate to find the front desk. We had two windows... one looked out at the road, and one looked into a new room the inn is constructing. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for". 200$ is considered a cheap stay in Halifax. Slightly better than sleeping in your car.

Hotel was good. Only complaints were that one of the sockets in the room didn't work so I had to move the microwave, the sink leaked a little when you turn the faucet on, and there’s no pigeon deterrents on the exterior of the A/C wall units so you can hear them land and coo at 4am

We got to this property when it was dark. Area did not look very safe. There was nowhere to park, and was not gonna walk from 4 blocks away in that area. Cannot give an honest review of the interior, because once we saw it, we got the heck out there. Nobody would even answer the phone for me to let them know, so we just sucked up the cost, and never checked in.

Terrible location, dumpy hotel. You shouldn’t even put this motel in your app. For someone not familiar with Halifax, I feel I was misled with the description. No coffee, no water, noisy and NO PARKING. Staff didn’t know the area or even suggest a place to park! NEVER AGAIN…turned me off Expedia

It says free parking, but they only have 6 parking spots for probably 8 times as many rooms; no parking is available on the streets used by neighbouring homeowners. 20-minute walk to the nearest parkade down at Scotia Square mall.

The parking was hard to find, which entrance to use was hard to find. There were a lotnof undesirable people around the neighborhood, such as prostitutes and street people. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean and bed perfectly comfortable. The reception staff were helpful. However the stairs and corridor were shabby. The next day I realised that the building is being renovated, maybe the stairs carpet will be gone very soon! The location is great!

Very noisy,, doors slamming, people yelling. There was no closet to hang my clothes just a few hooks, no iron /ironing board, no coffee machine in room. The mini fridge sounding like it was breathing….. would not recommend
