Pool has rust, heavy wear and tear. Pool area furniture and cushions all stained. Room garbage left in the hallways (take-out containers, pizza boxes, trash cans, etc). Room cleaners constantly on their cell phones while garbage in hallways sit all morning.

If you are going to close the pool from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM on Mondays & Wednesdays for private swimming lesson through V V Aquatics, then let Expedia know and post it on your website. We picked this location due to the pool / water slide and my young son was heartbroken when we were not allowed to use the pool during our stay (he's 8yrs old so bedtime is early) while the private lessons were going on. No notice at the front desk - nothing to advise paying guests. Total sham!

broken pullout bed pool heater was broken so the pool was hotter than a hot tub offered a smaller room to make up for the broken pullout price was too high charged for suite and it was one room with two tvs side by side on the wall

It was great, except for the fact that my phone had no dial tone so i couldnt call front desk to complain about the boys running up and down the hall. They were playing ding dong ditch and were extremely loud. They locked one of their friends out and he kept banging on their door, it was a scary sound to wake up to after 12am.

The hotel was okay and you get what you paid for however the swimming pool looks cloudy and a bit dirty, to be fair it was warm to swim in. I found under the bed a sticky trap for the bugs which was disgusting. The staffs are pleasant and attentive.

Picked this hotel particularly for the pool and slide. My kids (7 and 9) couldn’t even use it as the water was too hot. There was a broken part but we were not made aware of this until we went to use the pool. If I had known I would have chosen somewhere else to stay.
