The property itself just needed a little bit of TLC, new paint, replacement and repairs should be done. That being said, it was really just the outside that needed attention. I loved the inside, the staff, the food and the general atmosphere was lovely.

I stayed 20,21,and 22 July 2025. The bathroom was dirty ad the towels were not replaced. The morning of the 23rd the water was not working at all. I could not take a shower. I was promised from the front desk person I would receive a credit on my MC for the inconvenience. I did not received it. I grew up in Fall River and feel ashamed how it went so down hill. Will I receive the credit?

As always, the front desk staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the waitstaff in the restaurant were friendly and professional. The sparkling clean pool was an added bonus!

There is no elevator and the stairs can be onerous. Nobody offered to help lug the bags. The hotel is very nice and the balcony is a nice place to sit out. Hot tub is a nice touch.
