One of the very best hotels in towns. Very helpful staff. Elegant decor, yet friendly. Well located, walking distance to waterfront and so many restaurants, cafés etc. Hotel's restaurant, GIO's is also sublime. We stayed there before and will again !

The staff went above and beyond, the room was well appointed, and valet parking was convenient. Also, my teenager has celiac disease and this is one of the only hotels we've stayed in HRM that offered safe food options (and has a separate fryer for GF items). I will absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and clean. A little noisy due to construction and our room was near the elevator so a little bit noisy. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
