Do not stay here! Disgusting and unsafe!

Awful! Do not stay here! Online photos are misleading and any good reviews you read are clearly written by the hotel. This hotel is rundown, unsafe and possibly a health hazard. There was dirty laundry in a drawer in the dresser, garbage, tissues and cans under the bed. The door has no proper lock, the lights are all lamps with extension cords running everywhere. The air conditioner was unbearably loud and a free standing unit vented to a window which therefore also doesn’t lock. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but requested a refund and left after the first sleepless night. I would have left immediately but it was late when we arrived and couldn’t find another hotel. The area is questionable at best and the parking lot was dark. Baseboards were falling off the walls, fan in bathroom was busted and bedframe broken. They lock the front door of the hotel from the outside at 11pm until 5am and the girl at the desk said she was leaving at 11pm. I’ve got calls in to the local fire department about the electrical and outside doors being locked and to the local health unit about how unsanitary the room was. When we spoke to the front desk they were rude and unhelpful and the manager even initially declined the refund request until I showed her the photos but I’m still waiting for the refund.

For us the most important thing is cleanliness. This hotel has it. The 2nd is comfort. It was fine but the bed a little soft.other than that it was good

Despite its age it was a very clean and comfortable place to stay, with the staff being friendly, courteous & helpful. The one thing that needs improvement is the continental breakfast as it needs substantial improvements in all phases. I would stay there again but knowing that I would need to make other arrangements should I decide on or need breakfast!

Very basic ..not inviting but clean and bed was comfortable. Lock on door was broken. Breakfast was very uncomfortable line up to toast anything and toaster barely worked. Coffee was terrible ..no cream only milk ..staff very unfriendly

Good for just a night if more than 2

Very comfortable bed and service was very good. When you arrive, the room has a closed in smell, but we were at the end of a heat wave. The air conditioning was very old and noisy. Hard time to sleep with such noise, however better than hearing the highway or neighbours. No counter space in the bathroom, so a little tight for 3 adults because no room to place toiletries. Room was very clean when we arrived.
