First time staying there and will absolutely be back. Robes in the room for the pool/hottub. Hottub was HOT! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Perfect location middle of the city. Harbourview room is perfect for watching the sunrise over the water.

Great hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a great location. The issue I had was that I felt like I was in a fishbowl. There were no privacy sheers on the windows. It was either have the blackout drapes open or have them closed which made it pretty dark. There were no utensils, dishes or a dish cloth in the kitchenette area. I carry my own utensils so it wasn’t a big deal but if you plan on eating in the unit, make sure you have utensils. The mirror in the bathroom was way too close to the socket so I could only plug in one thing at a time and I couldn’t turn on the light on the mirror that was mounted on the wall. The fresh cookies every day were an amazing touch on the customer service from all the staff members was great.

We enjoyed our stay. We had an eastern facing suite and it was really nice. I’d recommend a north east harbour view. Overall the Suite was great and large. Some previous water damage not addressed, Lamp shade in living area of the suite has an and ceiling above bed needs repairs.

was quiet until the second night. door across the way people coming and going door slamming. from 10 pm til 3 am. than police showed up banging on there door asking to open up. police eventually were invited in. lots of discussion then they left and then quiet. Hotel should have addressed the noise issues sooner than later. Missed out on half a night’s sleep. definitely won’t be back. practically no room to park and drop luggage. For the money can find better hotels in the same area. Staff was great other then the situation they had to deal with which I think is more management then the staff

Beautiful hip hotel right downtown. The staff was excellent, especially Stephen. Our suite was small but comfortable with a great view of the harbor. There was a problem with the heating fan, but not too bad. So conveniently located, we walked all around to the sights. We enjoyed our stay/.

Love this hotel! Staffs were very nice. We had an overnight flight and were pretty tired on arrival day. The receptionist arranged an early check in and upgraded our room. Also the hotel is located near by waterfront. Room is pretty clean as well. Convenient and definitely recommend 👍

Nice location but the rooms were very cold. They did give us a little ceramic heater. You can also hear the rain water in the pipes on the outside wall. The ceiling in the room has long cracks in the drywall. The bathroom faucet was loose making it hard to adjust water. A few things that make you look at it being a little over priced.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Hollis Halifax hotel. We booked a “studio suite” but were delighted when we walked into a full suite with separate bedroom. Check in and check out went very smoothly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and professional.
