Terrific location. The owner is very quick to respond. Note that this location is not for someone who has issues with stairs or someone who is used to daily maid service. The independence of Not having maid service was a plus for us... no interruptions/waiting. Would stay here again!

Very awkward having no left luggage facilities

Clean comfy spacious room. Only minor issue was the light getting in through the numerous windows so it was bright rather early. Otherwise super.

Everything was lovely, from the breakfast to the staff. I love small hotels and they’ve done an excellent job at maintaining it. Everyone was friendly and the location was wonderful.

Cool stay, super hot room in the summer. Beautiful picture windows and long summer days means the 4th floor gets real toasty even with windows open at night. Powerful oscillating fan provided but no AC, just be aware. Get the breakfast and spa add-on – absolutely worth it. Four different types of saunas for unique experiences. Narva is fascinating; the hotel is super convenient being in the centre of town. Easy to get to by bus. A very memorable experience, thank you!

Good location. Modern accommodation. No toaster which was disappointing and apartment was hot no air con. Given fan on day two of stay. Should have fans in all apartments and toasters.
