We had a wonderful stay overall. The service was outstanding — staff went above and beyond at every turn. The room was great and the location couldn’t be beat, putting us close to everything we wanted to see and do. The one thing holding this back from a full 5 stars was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect given how well everything else was run. A bit more attention to housekeeping and this would easily be a perfect stay. Would still recommend to others and would consider staying again.

We rented a 6 bedrooms house but when arrived, was given a 4 bedrooms house. We then were offer a refund of 2 bedrooms and was told refund amount will go back to Expedia account within 2 weeks. It has been more than 3 weeks and we have not got the refund. Try to contact the owner but no response. The place need a good deep clean and turn on air conditioning before guests arrive.

Unfortunately there was a very bad sewer smell in the room and bathroom when we arrived. After opening up all the windows and turning the bathroom fan on it subsided but it was less than ideal. The room and bed was otherwise fine. Ok for a one night crash pad. The employees and dog are lovely.

This is the prettiest hotel I have seen, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and pillows & very quiet considering it was in front of the massive Gastropub. The staff were friendly and checked everything was ok during breakfast each morning. Breakfast was ok you could choose something from a list be cooked fresh and help yourself to the buffet. The only negative which is quite big for us is the pool, it does not have one but you can use the bar pool behind the hotel, you have to get a towel from reception then at the pool there is nowhere really to sit and relax and people come and look and watch especially being westerners. We were going to book a day pass at the Hilton nearby the next day for Vnd 750,000 which you can use as a credit for food/drinks/spa but it was raining that day, you can use the gym and the pool area which has privacy and relaxing sun beds.

The photos of the property were definitely either AI generated or manipulated to look much better than in person, that said it was still a very decent hotel with a beautiful view of the sea and mountainside. It is in a more local neighborhood rather than in the city center (which I prefer) with a lot of great options for restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach was a quick walk down the hill where there was also access to additional nice beach front restaurants. Unfortunately, we planned our trip during the winter monsoon season so it was a little too windy and rainy to enjoy the rooftop pool or beach but I loved watching the storms roll by on our balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the restaurant food was pretty good. Overall I had a very nice weekend stay!

The resort was rustic, beautiful spot on the water, the room smelt musty when we first arrived but opening it up cleared away the musty smell it was also a good drive to any of the major attractions breakfast was limited I think because we were the only ones staying there (in the low season)

The hotel is overall pretty good except the maintenance in the room and exterior furnitures. Some AC in the front desk and the public area will definitely enhance the quality of the hotel. The front desk clerks were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast staffs were exceptional as well. They were polite, enthusiastic and always ready to help. Will certainly be back to stay. Thanks !
